Email Sending Services
GoodPostal works with the email sending service you choose. Connect your preferred service and maintain full control over your sending infrastructure.
Why connect your own service?
Unlike platforms that bundle sending infrastructure with their software, GoodPostal lets you choose your own email sending service. This gives you:
- Cost control - Pay only what your sending service charges, no markup
- Deliverability ownership - Build and maintain your own sender reputation
- Flexibility - Switch sending services without losing your campaigns, contacts, or templates
- Multiple providers - Use different sending services for different campaigns

Choosing a Provider
The best sending service for you depends on your volume, budget, and deliverability needs:

Managing Multiple Services
Add as many email sending services as you need from Configure > Email Providers. Each service is independently configured and tested. Every sender identity is tied to one sending service, so a campaign sends through whichever service its sender identity belongs to. In an A/B test you pick a sender identity per variant, so two variants can go out through two different services.
